At the end of a marathon is a marathon is a marathon. And they all have the same distance run, no matter how much weight they carry. My advice is your doctor before you ask any workout routine. They may have suggestions, so that it more specific to you and your situation.
My advice would be to search the Internet, searching, perhaps a library or bookstore for some exercises and training plans. Start slowly with miles and take the time to work up to an amount of miles on long runs. It might help to find a marathon in the autumn, around September or October to have time to work your miles and see how your body reacts to the regiment. Their main concern is thus probably prevent injuries or heart problems. As can help reduce knee injuries and cramps in the legs by the pool or on a bicycle have to replace the operation a few days a week. Further strengthen their lungs and muscles of the heart to beat a dry road. Moreover, trying out the long runs on weekends, running on grass or trails that can help you. Some peopletreadmil to run a marathon, not that to help. But he does and can. You need to think about is to prevail. Running stairs is something very valuable in training for a marathon. In particular, when the mountains get in the races of the training very difficult.
It is not neglect your core business. Help strengthen your heart, to run both.
And to be honest, a lot to run a marathon is mental strength. You need to determine their training and mental stamina will continue to grow. A marathon is long. But it will end.
Good luck!
need before you go on foot.
Literally, walking is the best exercise unless you have access to a pool.
Need to change your life, change your eating habits.
Exercise daily. Weight lifting, aerobics. Try Yoga
