Why Does Crock Pot Food Taste Bad Why Do Most Of The Dinners I Make In My Crock Pot Have Little To No Flavor?

Why do most of the dinners I make in my crock pot have little to no flavor? - why does crock pot food taste bad

I have experience in the kitchen, not bad, if I may say so, but since my last work I did begin to lunch in my clay pot. However, it seems that most of the meals I can with little or no taste and I do not know why this is so, someone has the answer, you begin to taste the dishes?

I think some spices / herbs and other ingredients to their intensity when they cooked for a long time like a pressure cooker, so that might explain a part might be lost. Try a few in the last hour of cooking or even closer to the ground and see if it helps.

What it has boiled the "watering" down need in a small crock pot moisture, it will do much for themselves, I'd never had a little water or stock (unless something like rice or lentils / etc there is to absorb ). You can reduce the fluid that comes from too thin to the taste, to focus when necessary, and / or often have a sauce of some of them.

Try many recipes you find online Slow Cooker and see if you can determine what might you do differently ... Some may try to be this:
http://www.google.com/search?q=more+flav ...
Or see if you can find advice on just punching the flavors. Also online an yahoo group is for cookers you want to check or ask:

Well, it depends on what you're cooking

My important thing to do to use my crock pot is used, never water - always in stock too small to cook if the water seems that after so many hours of water just to taste all diluted. Add additional spices and seasonings in the last 15 to cook for 30 minutes.

If you do not leave any details about the type of recipe you will see.
I am the queen of clay pot.

I read recently (somewhere) that you add the spices in the last 30 minutes, but I have not tried it yet. I think you should try to add flavor and at the beginning and before serving, but that could be me. I had the same problem. We do not use chicken broth, chicken broth, cream soup or sauce, because my husband does not eat, so demanding, and we see our sodium. Slow Cooker are only a few trials and errors, I would stress that, if I have a recipe for what works and what does not.

Seasoning on all food you into the pot, then sprinkle the top and then the lid and cook all day.
